Dinsum chicken feet.. literally melts in the mouth. 1kg chicken feet Ginger || about 3-4 slices 3 star anise 3 tbsp dark soy sauce 2 bay leaves Tbsp sugar 1 1/2 litres water Seasoning tt Salt tt To stir fry 10 cloves garlic || chopped 2 fresh chilli || chopped 2 tbsp oyster sauce Seasoning tt Salt tt Oil 1- Bring oil to heat and fry chicken feet until honey golden. 2- Transfer into a pot and pour in water,add aromatics,sugar,salt,soy sauce cover and bring to a boil until water turns into thick sauce. 3- In a saucepan add oil,ginger,garlic and fry until fragrant. 4- Add the cooked chicken feet,oyster sauce,soy sauce,seasoning,salt and stir fry for a minute or two.
