You guys, these unbelievably delicious green bean bundles are truly a thing of beauty! Either as a starter or as a side to a gorgeous roast (even a roast chicken) they would just be sensational!! Really easy but I can’t even explain how good they are, you just have to make them! I take about a pound of green beans, blanch in salted boiling water for 3 minutes then drain and shock in ice water. Wrap a few beans in a half strip of bacon and place them seam side down on a parchment lined baking sheet. Then mix together about 5Tbsp of melted butter, 3 Tbsp of brown sugar, splash of Worcestershire sauce, dash of seasoned salt and a clove or two of grated garlic. Spoon mixture over each bundle then roast at 400 for 25ish minutes or until golden brown and caramelized. Unreal!!
