French Fry Seasoning: 1/4 cup salt 3 tbsp paprika 2 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp smoked paprika 1 tbsp black pepper 2 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp onion powder 2 tsp dried parsley 2 tsp chili powder 1/2 tsp celery seed 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper Store in an airtight jar and sprinkle on French fries as desired! The best oven fries: Cut the potatoes, soak in ice water for 10 mins to release some of the starches (helps them crisp up better!) Drain and dry completely, then I do a few tbsp of my fry seasoning and a generous amount of olive oil! Mix it all together and put on a baking sheet, bake at 425 for 30-40mins, mixing about half way. Then broil the last few minutes to get desired crispness!
